Terms of Service

GENERAL

  • I reserve the rights to my artworks - I can repost your commission anywhere.

  • You may not at any time modify, edit, change the work without my permission.

  • You may require your commission to be private, in this case, a fee may be applied.

  • If there is a due date (please inform me at least 2 weeks in advance), a +50% rush fees will be required.

  • Please bear in mind that commission requests may be declined.

  • I do not accept requests based on text only. Otherwise, I will charge +400€ for a design fee.

  • I will start the commission after full payment is done.

  • I usually will contact you about your form within a week after submission. If I do not get a reply within a week, I will consider that you are no longer interested, and will cancel your slot and delete your form.

  • By commissioning, you confirm you are at least 18 and above or have a legal parent/guardian to agree to all of the terms of service listed.

USAGE

  • Prices listed only apply for personal use.

  • Personal use includes: phone and desktop wallpaper, icon and header on social medias, repost with credits.

  • Commercial use includes: icon and header on social medias, using the drawing for as an advertisement - streaming assets/channel branding (stream schedule, youtube/twitch thumbnail, anouncement...), mv/pv illustrations, phone and desktop wallpaper.

  • You can contact me at [email protected] for commercial orders, ranges being from x2 to x4 according to your request.

  • Resell of the art is forbidden. However, sale purposes can be discussed on commercial orders.

  • It is strictly forbidden to order for NFT, turn your commission as an NFT or upload my art to any AI generated sites.

PAYMENT

  • Payments will be made upfront or with a 50/50 payment plan through Wise or Stripe with euro (€) as currency.

  • I will ONLY accept Paypal if Wise and Stripe are not available in your country.

  • I only accept payments via Wise for models.

  • If the overall price is or exceeds 200€, partial payment is possible.

  • If you have ask for a partial payment, I will only begin the commission after receiving the first part, and only send the HD file after full payment.

  • You have the choice to pay now, or when it will be your turn in the queue.

  • Refunds are only allowed if I haven’t start working on your commission. Otherwise, no refund will be allowed.

  • If for any unforeseen reason I cannot complete the work, I will take initiative to inform you and provide a full refund if I haven't start working on your commission, or a partial refund of 50% if started.

WORKFLOW*

  • Commissions can take from 2 weeks to 2 months depending on my schedule and your position in queue.

  1. After payment of the invoice, and once it is your turn in the waitlist, one or two rough sketchs about the composition of your commission will be sent to you to choose.

  2. After your choice, I will send you a refined sketch for validation.

  3. After you've confirmed your sketch, I will continue to work on your piece and finish your commission, sending you a low resolution of the final artwork for validation.

  4. Full resolution of your commission will be then sent by mail.

  • NOTICE: Two minor adjustments are included. For further retakes, I will charge extra 80€/each.

  • You may request changes in step 1 and 2. No major changes such as different pose or composition after the refined sketch is sent and confirmed will be allowed.

Please note that as it is a chibi, the character's outfit will be simplified, as well as extras.

  • 8000 x 8000 pixels

  • Illustration only.

  • The artfile will be fully cut and ready for rigging - a PSD and PNG file will be delivered.

  • Commercial use and 3 expressions are included.

Unlimited revisions for the rigger.

+400€ If you don't have a character design ready, I can design a character for you. (a fullbody painted sketch)
+1000€ for nude sfw base
+1000€ or more for additional outfit depending on complexity+50€ for additionnal simple expression
+150€ or more for additionnal complex expression (requires hands, arms...)+200€ per extra big objects (pet, mascot, weapon...)

PNGTUBER MODEL

Starts at 500€ (Half-body)
Starts at 700€ (Fullbody)

  • 5000 x 5000 pixels

  • Illustration only.

  • 4 PNG files + 4 half-body PNG files ready for Veadotube will be delivered.

  • Commercial use and 4 states (open eyes, closed eyes, open mouth and closed mouth) are included.

+400€ If you don't have a character design ready, I can design a character for you. (a fullbody painted sketch)
+500€ or more for additional outfit depending on complexity+25€ for additionnal simple expression
+100€ or more for additionnal state (crossed arms, complex expressions that require some body movement...)+100€ per extra big objects (pet, mascot, weapon...)

Additional fees may be added if the character design is complex.
